The Air Resources Board (ARB) does not permit the use of aftermarket emission-related parts that alter the air/fuel ratio of an emission-controlled vehicle. Due to these legal restrictions this part cannot be shipped to California.

- '49-State Version' is for 2004 & 2005 Federal Emissions-spec bikes ONLY. All others order 'CA Version', including 2006-2010 49-state (Federal) emissions-spec bikes
- You can identify your bike's emissions system specifications on the Vehicle Emissions label on the frame tube; if you cannot identify your emissions package, please call your local dealer with your VIN - these exhaust systems are not interchangeable
