• Fatigue, strain and pain - the wind can be so unforgiving. For long-distance riders, the Klock Werks Flare Windshield delivers a comfortable day of riding• The Flare Windshield features a "flip" at the top, designed to push air up and over both rider and passenger• The patented "hips" on the sides of the Flare Windshield provide a downward force on the front end to increase overall stability• The Klock Werks Black Flare Windshield is manufactured from durable Lexan polycarbonate with an FMR hard coating• Klock Werks Flare Windshields are made in the USA• This Flare Windshield is also available in Dark Smoke 751-953 and Tint 751-952• It is recommended that riders choose a windshield height that they can see over comfortably. Fitment Notes & Exceptions
- The Klock Werks Flare windshield will not work in conjunction with the windshield rubber trim that comes factory on 2011 Road Glide CVO models - it will fit properly on these models with the rubber trim removed
- The black windshield is completely opaque - if you ride looking through your shield as opposed to over it, this will be an unsuitable finish option for you
- The 6.5" is not compatible with 3-pouch windshield bags
- Harley-Davidson radar detectors and GPS systems that are mounted in the recommended fairing mount position will not fit with the 8" Flare windshield
